Our Trainers are always continually being educated with all the newest and best techniques in exercise. Our Trainers strive to educate and motivate clients to become the best that they can be.

Certified teacher/trainer since 1983, through AFAA. Other certifications include:  Stott Pilates, AEA (Aquatic Exercise Association), WWABA (World Wide Aquatic Bodyworks Association) Watsu Instructor & practitioner, AIFE (American Institute of Education) post-rehab program and Johnny G spinning.  A member of the  Aquatic Therapy and Rehab Institute, IDEA, IRSHA, High Adventure leader for the Boy Scouts of America,  and Amateur Athletic Foundation. 

 I have been in the fitness industry for more then 35 years. My goals have always been to continually seek new fitness opportunities and to stay as educated as possible within the fitness world. To help persuade people to join me in what I regard as essential to a long and joyous life, attaining freedom and fulfillment through active fitness and relaxation.

Exercise and fitness has always been an integral part of my life. I have been a group fitness instructor since 1981, and have participated in a variety of certification and specialty workshops in the fitness industry. (AFAA, STEP Reebok, Mad Dogg Spinning, Senior Fitness, Practical Pilates, Weight Training).

 I attended The Ohio State University and received a Master's Degree in Exercise Science and currently hold a certification as an Exercise Specialist from the American College of Sports Medicine. Personal Training with me would be geared to your individual goals, whether they be sport specific, weight loss, improvement in strength , pre or post rehab or simply to reignite your passion for working out.
